In the event of an Azure region-wide outage, Microsoft provides disaster recovery for Dataverse production environments, with a small Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 4 to 10 hours. All environments except trial environments are automatically backed up, and manual backups can also be created on demand. It is important to consider the use of Dataverse solutions and a mature application lifecycle management process to ensure the reliability and resilience of your Power Platform applications.
